There are two qualities that every teacher must have and for me the most importante is being well – organized. This is one of the best qualities but also the most difficult to obtain as a habit. In order to solve this issue, I create this teacher planner that help me put all the information during a school year into order. It might seems too much but I really appreciate it when I have an interview with some parents or even to organize my ideas for a lesson. As you will see, there are a lot of sections here, I will try to make you an index just in case I forget to mention them later:
- Information about the school
- School year calendar
- Timetables (teachers, students…)
- Annual calendar
- Monthly calendar
- Class roll
- Children with special needs
- Birthdays
- Problem solving sheet
- Meetings (teachers, families, students…)
- Interesting websites
- Supplies to buy
- To do list
- Festivities
- School trips
- Book loan
- Assessment
I will upload the PDF links as always and also the pictures in JPEG, just in case. Some of them are the same, but the indentation is different. I made them like that in order to be able to print them for both sides of paper. Don’t forget to respect the environment!
Now I am going to let the links to each of the items above individually because you can print whatever part you need. I hope you find it useful this way and not a completely mess.
BTW, If you use this teacher planner, please take a picture of it and post it in a comment! I really like to see the final product.
